These chairs were like people holding hands or having a conversation together. Then I finally found where they all lived, in Jardin des Tuileries.
First created in the workshops of the city in 1923 for the Jardin du Luxembourg in Paris, called SENAT due to the nearby Senat, and painted in green, they were there for the pleasure of all, and soon became iconic. Renewed in 2002, here in Jardin des Tuileries they come in a lighter green than the original RAL 6013. Paris, 2017.
